Hi Renee,

The poem you share is utterly perfect.

May I send to Pat/YUBUPA to see if she will have time to set it into a video format with images/music?

Please reply to abc4all @ gmail (dot) com so if you are receptive I can forward this to her. She can be found at

Yes Rene, Our own individual life must make the difference. To keep loving despite all adverse circumstances.

And if we do act, in however small a way,

we don’t have to wait for some grand utopian future.

The future is an infinite succession of presents,

and to live now as we think human beings should live,

in defiance of all that is bad around us, is itself

a marvellous victory.

May you always be abundantly blessed!

Hi Rene,
How timely that you posted this info on reconciliation! I just had a conversation with my friend Arthur Collins who is working with indigenous populations. Our idea is to do a "Six Degrees of Separation" event on Facebook to bring the principles of the UN's Declaration of Human Rights into people's awareness this year with a focus on reconciliation.

I would love to talk with you some more about this. Do you think this is something that you would be interested in collaborating on?

Blessings,
Elizabeth

Thank you Rene for that post!
Yes, That's what we need, Reconciliation! In Venezuela we need it badly! Unfortunately dialogue requires the compromise, or even the desire of both parties. When one of the parties considers the other as enemies to be erased or eliminated, no dialogue is possible... That's our sad truth! Nevertheless, those of us who dissent from the autocratic-militarist-neocommunist regimen in power will continue with the peaceful protests even when we are being repressed with tear bombs, rubber bullets, jail, death menaces, assaults by para-militarist groups working for the government....I hope the world will open its eyes to what is happening in this poor-rich country!

Hi Rene,
Sorry that I hadn't seen your comment until just now (December 5, 2008), but I wanted you to know that I went to the "Demonstration" we had here in San Jose, Costa Rica, on November 25th and have attended each and every year since my return to Costa Rica in 1998.
Before I returned to live here full-time, I lived in Colorado and worked on a "HOTLINE" for helping Battered Women and found it to be most rewarding work.
When I returned to live full-time here in Costa Rica, I worked with an organization called FUNDEFA, which also was set up to help battered women. Unfortunately, here in Costa Rica it is a very different culture and we had little or NO women coming to us for help -- they are too frightened by the consequences for speaking out against their boyfriends/husbands. Sad but true.
I want to thank you so much for reminding others of this very important date of November 25th!!!!
Peace and Love,
Kati

Hi Rene,
You are really on the front lines. I saw one of your posts on someone else's page where you spoke about energetically healing nations and releasing generational trauma. Can you tell me more about this?

It seems that it fits into the work that I am doing with clearing family patterns via the Resonance Repatterning process.

I've been working with groups for about 8 years.

I invite you to join in the Global Repatterning I'll be doing on Sat. Nov. 1st. It's listed here in the events section of this site.

Many blessings, and much gratitude for all that you are doing to bring peace to our world,
Elizabeth

Hi Rene,
Thank you for your messages!
The ABC4All INTENTION MEDITATION is available to anyone or any group or any large gathering in the world via Internet to focus on a given concern.

Examples of recent INTENTION MEDITATIONs:
The original PEACE INTENTION EXPERIMENT was the basis for adapting info to create this page.

Since then, a child was seriously injured (life-threatening) and the focused meditation and candle lighting coincided with the child's return from unconsciousness to a conscious state.

In another situation the premature and untimely death of a child was the focus.

Last example: A journey to America by An ABC4All Mentor from an Africa aimed to keep him and all involved SAFE.

Thus any such concern can be a focus, just by writing to
abc4all (at) gmail (dot) com.

Burt

The Healing Power of Spiritual Light
by Owen Waters

The Buddha spent many years trying to understand evil and
suffering. He eventually concluded that the only real power in
the universe is the Creator and that all else is illusion and
therefore has little or no power in comparison.

He then went on to counsel people to adopt the middle way in
order to avoid being sucked into illusion and bringing
suffering upon themselves. He saw attachment to things of the
world as the source of suffering, so he advised people to be a
part of the world, yet not attached to it.

His words ring as true today as they did 2,500 years ago; and
yet, times have changed. Today's level of popular consciousness
is far beyond that of the relatively dark times of 2,500 years
ago. Today, detachment is still excellent advice, but we can do
so much more now to consciously transform the old ways of
darkness.

Physical darkness is the absence of physical light. The
darkness itself is not real. It is merely an absence of
something that is real. Likewise, spiritual darkness is the
absence of spiritual light. Spiritual darkness itself is not
real. It is merely an absence of something that is real.

Evil is an illusion because a shadow is not a real thing.
Light is the real thing. A shadow is an illusion caused by the
absence of light. The only reality, the only real power, is
light itself.

Darkness can only exist in hiding from the light. When light
shines in, it dissipates the darkness, making it obvious where
the real power lies. Evil has no power in itself. It is only a
lack of light. The real power is, and always has been, with the
light and not with the shadow.

If you sense darkness, add light.

If you sense pain, add the light of healing energy.

If you sense hatred, add the light of love.

If you sense despair, add the light of hope and trust in the
goodness of that from which we came and that to which we are
returning.

The Nature of Spiritual Light

Spiritual light, in its fundamental form, is the omnipresent
consciousness of the Creator. When intertwined with the
unconditional love of the Creator and set into motion, it
manifests as the universe.

Filters can block spiritual light. Such filters include fear,
hatred, judgment, conflict and despair. That which engenders
any of these is, therefore, promoting darkness. Darkness in
consciousness affects mind, body and spirit.

When spiritual light is channeled through the human mind, it
adds to the light of the world. Darkness can be healed
through the addition of spiritual light.

While spiritual light is universally available in all
frequencies, it has to flow through human consciousness in
order to affect the human realm of consciousness. The
effectiveness of sending healing spiritual light into an area
that needs it is subject to the following two laws.

The Laws of Spiritual Light

1. The transformative ability of spiritual light is
proportional to the frequency of the consciousness used to
project it.

Explanation: Conditioning the intent with any agenda lowers
the frequency. Projecting pure spiritual light for the
unconditioned purpose of healing raises the frequency and the
potential.

2. The amount of spiritual light projected is proportional to
the degree of openness of the chakra through which it flows.

Explanation: Your thoughts flow from you to the outside world
through the appropriate chakra. Spiritual practices develop the
chakras, increasing your capability as a channel for spiritual
light.

Compassion.

Cooperation.

Transformation.

Those 3 words might epitomize ABC4All.

Your comment, Renee, is more than welcome. By sharing mutual interests, we can move forward. In light of your comment, it is timely to share ABC4All's INTENTION MEDITATION being developed and located here: http://ABC4All.net/intentionmeditation.htm

Anyone, anytime, anywhere can request an INTENTION MEDITATION. So far, we've joined Lynne Taggart's PEACE INTENTION EXPERIMENT, during which it overlapped with our own INTENTION MEDITATION for the safety of all involved with the GREAT JOURNEY to AFRICA: http://abc4all.net/itinerary.htm and http://abc4all.net/tripchronology.htm.

Now an ABC4All Mentor has traveled from Africa to USA and thus am conducting an INTENTION MEDITATION for his SAFETY during his month-long extensive travels throughout US.

Looking forward to further communication, and thank you for taking the initiative!

hello Rene,

How delightful to hear from you. I will pass your comments on to David. There are certainly books on our reading lists that might be commented upon.

We do have a book introducing Incarnational Spirituality available through our bookstore. That may provide the further context that you are interested in. www.lorian.org

And I too remember Donald and Martha back in the 70's - though I interacted with them when they visited the west coast. How interesting the way these links interweave!

Freya
